1.     我们的会员制度有哪几种？

Q: What types of membership do you offer?

A: 我们有 Fans 会员（免费） 和 VIP 会员（付费）。

We offer Fans membership (free) and VIP membership (paid).

2.     Fans 和 VIP 有什么区别？

Q: What’s the difference between Fans and VIP?

Fans 会员：

免费加入、可享受活动资讯、促销通知、可累积积分，用于抵扣消费

Fans members:

Free to join, Enjoy event updates and promotions, Earn points to offset purchases

VIP 会员：

RM60 年费，有效期 12 个月、每月 RM10 优惠券（共 12 张）、可累积积分，用于抵扣消费、生日礼券 RM20、VIP 专属福利与优惠

VIP members:

RM60 annual fee, valid for 12 months, RM10 voucher every month (12 in total), Earn points to offset purchases, RM20 birthday voucher, Exclusive VIP deals & promotions

3.     VIP 年费是多少？有效期多久？

Q: How much is the VIP annual fee and how long is it valid?

A: VIP 年费为 RM60，有效期为 12 个月，自付款日起算。

The VIP annual fee is RM60, valid for 12 months from the payment date.

4.     加入 VIP 后可以退款吗？

Q: Can I get a refund after joining VIP?

A: 一旦成功加入 VIP，年费恕不退款，无论使用情况如何。

Once you have successfully joined VIP, the annual fee is non-refundable regardless of usage.

5.     VIP 优惠券（Voucher）如何使用？

Q: How do VIP vouchers work?

每月自动发放 RM10 优惠券，共 12 张。

A RM10 voucher will be issued automatically every month, for a total of 12 vouchers.

优惠券仅限会员本人使用，不可转让。

Vouchers are for personal use only and are non-transferable.

优惠券不可兑换现金、不可延期、不可退款。

Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash, extended, or refunded.

6.    如果忘记使用当月的优惠券怎么办？

Q: What if I forget to use my monthly voucher?

A: 过期的优惠券将失效，恕不补发。

Expired vouchers will be forfeited and will not be reissued.

7.     VIP 会员还有哪些额外福利？

Q: What other benefits do VIP members get?

生日礼券 RM20（RM20 birthday voucher）

VIP 专属商品与优惠（Exclusive VIP deals & promotions）

积分累积，可抵扣消费（Points accumulation to offset purchases）

8.    我可以升级或取消 Fans 会员吗？

Q: Can I upgrade or cancel my Fans membership?

A: Fans 会员可随时升级为 VIP 会员；但 VIP 会员一旦支付年费，则不能取消或退款。

Fans membership can be upgraded to VIP anytime; however, once VIP fee is paid, cancellation or refund is not allowed.
