Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

  1. This policy applies only to in-store purchases.

  2. Exchanges and returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase, with proof of purchase (receipt/invoice).

  3. Products may be returned or exchanged for the following reasons:
    ● Damaged or defective items
    ● Missing parts or items

  4. Returned products must meet the following conditions:
    ● Products must be new, unused, sealed, and in their original packaging and condition
    ● Rehabilitation products, wheelchairs, electronic items, and medical devices must include all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and warranty cards
    ● Wearable rehabilitation products (e.g., compression stockings) must be new and show no signs of wear or use

  5. The following products are NOT eligible for return or exchange:

    ● Used OTC items (e.g., medicated oil, cough syrup, plasters)
    ● Cold chain, refrigerated, or temperature-sensitive items (e.g., insulin, eye drops, probiotics)
    ● Edible items (e.g., organic raisins, nuts)
    ● Clearance items
    ● Discounted items
    ● Promotional items
    ● Used medical devices that come into direct contact with body fluids (saliva/blood)
    ● Personal care products (e.g., face masks, grooming items, COVID test kits)
    ● Wearable products with visible signs of wear or improper fit (e.g., masks, shields, gloves, supports, disposable panties, diapers)
    ● Items misused by the customer
    ● Change of mind
    ● Free gifts

  6. Exchanges or repairs will be provided where:
    ● The product is faulty, of unacceptable quality, or significantly different from what was shown or described
    ● The product is unsafe and the customer can present proof of purchase
    ● The outlet may return the product to the manufacturer to determine the issue and reserves the right not to offer an exchange or repair if the fault resulted from misuse or neglect

  7. Exchanges are allowed for products of equal or lower value. If the replacement product is of lower value, no refund will be given for the price difference.

  8. In case of a return or exchange, all member points earned from the original purchase will be deducted from the member account.

  9. Discount coupons are non-refundable in return or exchange cases.

  10. All exchanged products are considered final sales — no further exchanges are allowed.
